0.4.0 Released (Banking Update + More!)

Features Added:

Banking System - New yearly taxes based on that years income, you can also get loans based on your total cash, and you can also go into debt, it also changes with difficulty selected.

Review System - Upon releasing a product, a popup now appears rating the product on a 1-10 scale.

Console Debug Menu - To open it up you press the tilde (~) key, it requires a password for now but if I ever drop this project you'll find the password in the mod guide readme.

Changes:

Adjusted sales speed, tuned profit margins, adjusted part costs.

Window dragging system refactored.

When time is paused the DateLabel at the top of the screen is now red, and when you resume time it is green.

Fixes:

You can no longer input letters into UNITS.

Time is paused when you load into the game scene, before it sometimes auto resumed time.
