0.3.0 Released (Research Update)

Features Added:

• Research Points - You now need enough Research Points and Money to Research new technologies. Easy gives you 3.75 RP per day, Medium gives you 1.5 RP per day, and Hard gives you 0.375 per day.

Changes:

• GPU hardware R&D + Development is now locked until you reach the year 1999.
• Greatly expanded upon GPU R&D technologies.
• Saves on windows for previous versions will not work! I can fix this in the future.
• Your mods will need adjustments, check the modding guide readme in the mods folder.
